Seat Deposit
Securing Your Seat: Annual Deposit To finalize your student's enrollment and secure their place at Mosaic, a seat deposit must be submitted. This deposit allows us to confidently finalize our educator contracts and order customized resources for the upcoming year. Your official enrollment letter will arrive within 24 hours of your seat deposit being processed.

Important Policies & Deadlines:
Refund Policy: All seat deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Standard Deadline: For families enrolling during the standard spring/summer window, the deposit is due no later than June 15, 2026.
Rolling Summer Enrollment: Families enrolling after June 15, 2026, will have 30 days from their enrollment date to submit their deposit.
Late Enrollment: For any families enrolling on or after August 15, 2026, all deposits must be paid in full by August 25, 2026 to ensure the student can start on the first day of classes.
